If it transpires that we are only getting royalties from the wand I would suggest we are tied into a very poor business model. If SKII are giving the wands away (subsidized by the cream) for free or close to it and we get a big chunk of that we still have nothing or close to it.

Seems like we should go it alone (with real partners)
1) pick off any skin penetration product from anyone
2) design a device to enhance its performance (300% sounds good)
3) design, manufacture and distribute online. Seems that any 2 bit gimmick gets traction so how hard

No point being in bed with these guys if they don't put out or pay up.
