Her Loan of $12,000,000 @ DOUBLE Thai interest rate of +12% isn't generous !!! OMG... That's like a Thai hooker charging you $1,200 an hour for a Thai massage and then she gives you a glass of water on your way out the door and you call her "generous " for the water !

Do you realize than most of this money since 2016 closure, around $49,000,000 has been blown on Neuva Esperanza dumb$hit holding costs !
That's over half of the Great Zurich insurance money has been blown on paying off the never ending dogshit decision to buy Neuva Esperanza and the rest of about $7,000,000 a year in Chatree Care & Maintenance costs for 34 little Thai's to sit around playing ping-pong all day because after this year long refurbishment the little creatures obviously didn't keep it in tip top shape did they !
That's like the sneaky Thai hooker only charging you $50 for the Thai massage, you thank her for being good value, then you get in the mail a week later a sneaky bill for $1,000 from her laundry mat as a fee for cleaning the little mess you left on her towel...
