"Never" was said by Woody and it wasn't true. It wasn't said by me it was said by Gavin Thomas - have a look at the linked paper. As I understand it, Quartz is good, but the north western leases are better. They had to have drilled before to get those red and green areas on on the map but these have not been released as far as I know. It might have something to do with litigation.
