Just something else to think about whilst we all sit here eating one another waiting for eternity and old age....

Why does Jamie love Nucharee more than shareholders ?

Nucharee loaned just $12 million odd and has already received cash interest payments of +$1,000,000 on time , on schedule...

Didn't shareholders loan Jamie $54,000,000 & charged him ZERO interest with the capital raise ? It's funny how everyone describes Nucharee as generous and a great supporter but Ross doesn't mention the kind Shareholders in his Chairman's address who gave him much more money and for FREE, ZERO INTEREST, ZILCH ! confused.png

So the question is why is Jamie making interest payments happily to Nucharee loanshark but refuses to slowly payback generous shareholders with an even smaller payment schedule of say $500,000 a quarter, just like in 2021, just like he's paying the interest payments to Nucharee loanshark.

Shareholder repayment schedule the same as Nucharee interest payments schedule:

1: If he bought back the same amount he has been paying Nucharee loanshark interest payments he would have bought back +1,000,000 shares during 2023 at a price around $1.30 --> as we would never have fallen below $1.30

We loaned him the $1,500,000 dollars at $1.50 ( 1 million shares ) & then he was able to repay & Cancell the 1,000,000 shares at $1.30 resulting in a cash windfall to both kingsgate and shareholders of $200,000 from thin air : WINNER ! FREE FINANCE ! KCN WIN's SHAREHOLDERS WIN ! sneaky.png

2: This continues at the same time as every interest payment to Nucharee because quite frankly, i think KCN shareholders are more generous than Nucharee Loanshark because our loan came with ZERO interest & we are just as important as her..

3: If he doesn't do this, if he waits until Both plant's running , Sale of Neuva Esperanza, profits, when danbradster feels cozy, etc, etc, then he will not pay us back lower than $2 because by the time Jamie feels comfortable the shareprice will be $2

So what does buying back above $2 mean for shareholders ?

We gave him $54,000,000 @ $1.50 and he owes us 36,000,000 shares he needs to eventually buyback and cancell to return shareholders the loan we gave him and he pays us back by only buying back and returning the shareholder loan @ $2 ( 36,000,000 shares ) = $72,000,000 cost

So if Jamie waits to buyback above $2 he has just BLOWN IN THE FIRE ANOTHER $18,000,000 in Cold hard Cash Burnt in the jamie fire ! Or another way to think of this is the Placement finance we gave him for free has ended up costing shareholders +33% loss to payback.

33% --- even more damage than the recent dog$hit 15% loan ! DOUBLE dog$hit to be precise... eek.png

    Pretty Scary hey !

He should be paying us back every month like he's paying back Nucharee loanshark at the MINNIMUM because if he doesn't he's on track to blow another +$18,000,000 if he waits.....

REPAYMENT SCHEDULE & RESULT to Shareholders:

Buyback 36,000,000 shares at $1.30 --> Shareholders get $7,200,000 benefit / receive + 13% interest on there loan to Jamie, excellent.
Buyback 36,000,000 shares at $1.50 --> Shareholders get zero , FREE FINANCE, We loaned it, we got it back same, zero interest, but ok.
Buyback 36,000,000 shares at $1.60--> Shareholder loan has cost us $3.6 million LOSS or -6% loss on recovering our loan.
Buyback 36,000,000 shares at $1.70--> Shareholder loan has cost us $ 7,200,000 LOSS, -12% loss on recovering our loan.
Buyback 36,000,000 shares at $2.00 --> Shareholder loan has cost us $18,000,000 LOSS, -33% loss on recovering our loan.

Do you get this people ?

The more Comfortable Jamie get's before he starts the buyback, the more we loose on the loan shareholders gave him with the amount it will cost him to pay us all back by cancelling the shares issued.....

Because nothing is for free like the Chatree festival carnival daily fun park, Shareholders pay.....

Our loss becomes bigger and bigger the longer he waits, especially if shareprice is above $2 when he get's his act together.......confused.png
