i agree. Timing wasn't great from an optics perspective. But using that cash to buy back 400,000 odd shares would have been a drop in the ocean.
I for one would rather keep executives incentivised and engaged (not to mention rewarded for what they had achieved against all odds) when we're talking billions of dollars in the long term even at the probable grade of .67 g/t.
