If we can get a loan, then why don't we? Use the loan to finish the refurbishment and use revenue to buy back stock? The answer is either.

A) We can't get the loan and management are bull$hiting us, or actually lying to us.
B) Management is incompetent.
C) Management want's a low share price for XYZ reason.
