Reducing the share count under 200 million is a no brainer. Would I prefer a small float...yes! As for NE, a joint venture doesn't sound like a bad idea. We need to diverse our income and not just rely on Thailand. I heard there is a large island in the South Pacific with quirky beer drinking yobos. Perhaps we should look at finding gold there.
