Your thoughts on NE is definitely the way I am thinking.
The Gold Roads deal for Gruyere was a really good model but not exactly sure how the projects match up.
I think they should maximise the cash from Thailand and give it back to us. Dividends, buybacks and IPO dividend and then maybe an eventual sale.
Maybe then look at another project.
