The purchase of NE was good but getting Chatree closed down made it sit there. At least that is the way i look at it.
No point arguing anyway as they are progressing Chatree to full production at the moment and assuming everything keeps going smoothly they should be cashed up next year.
NE is on the market but by the sounds of things the company isn't pressured to sell which is great. I would prefer they partner or keep it although i can see the benefit of using the money to buy back shares.
