Did you look at Bruce13's post in full width view on hotcopper? If you didn't use full width view, you may not have noticed the right hand pane in his screen shot.
When you look at the eTrade screen, the left hand pane shows the market depth. The right hand pane shows the last ten trades.
In Bruce's screen shot you can see the 50,000 shares that traded at .024 (fourth trade from bottom). Earlier today others traded at .024.
