P1 will want to list asap because they need to list in order to access Mastercard, the cornerstone investor/s
insured group, (cannot own 51% till they are listed)
and many other aspects of their business needs to be a listed company.

there is no advantage to delay,

the state of the markets or time it takes investors to work out the connection in sp between P1 and GCN is not as important as getting the business up and running,

sp is important to us, but the business is the most important,
once that is running the sp will take care of itself.

No I think they will want to get it listed asap.
