Unfortunately i have to agree with you Tromper.

I just want it all to list so i can sell my stock and call it quits.

Wanting P1 to list so they can buy a 51% share in a company that has unaudited financial reports for 2 years, million dollars of intangible assets that needs to be written down and constant losses year after year. 51% of the company might be owned by P1. But the same management that has run that company into the ground are still going to be there.

Instead of people arguing constantly about the POTENTIAL.. alot of people here are not looking at the facts.

Risk here is too much for me to take. But hopefully history doesn't repeat itself and they manage to turn this around.
