The lack of reliability of Noventa's output is reflected in the lack of an offtake imho.
With supply chain fundamentals building to support developing projects and offtakers scouring the world for reliable sources Noventa still seems to be falling behind relative to others.
But in reality there is only one other that has managed to secure a large long term offtake.
