About 3 years ago I bought 60,000 at eight - tenths of a cent for $500. Both consolidations caused a reduction to 8 shares currently worth eight tenths of a cent. I think eight-tenths was the highest price they got to.
Then the company started issuing cheaper and cheaper shares 'bargain shares'.
All together they issued 34 billion -,Then they consolidated at 150/1
After the consolidation , they issued 14 billion over the next year. Then they consoliated again at 50/1..
The second consolidation made for around 300 million shares . It has recently been expanded to around 1.45 billion.
That is why i call CLZ the share issuing - consolidation machine.
So i would have needed to buy around 240,000 shares at eight tenths of a cent , for them to be now worth 3 cents.
Divide the number of shares you held prior to both consolidation , by 7,500, and that should give you the number of shares you now hold.
7,500 is just 150x50 ie the cumulative dillution effect of the two consolidations .
All this BS share manipulation has paid Dean's salary , but it has been at an indirect cost to shareholders.
