You and I could develop a CBD based product using Shea butter, using aloe Vera, using anything except a patented vehicle. Permetrix is patented and hence gained six or eight exclusive patents because if its uniqueness. CBD is not unique, hence the plethora of products on the market.
Remember people, BOT is the only company in the world about to have 2 products complete phase twos in the dermal sphere.

As far as our antibiotic pin goes, I would expect some sort of American government support on that one. And just remember, CBD analogues are being developed by us to address the oral route of administration. Get a patent on that and see what we could do.
