IF the above applies, then IF this information, now having been released, is out of date -then obviouly any FURTHER information available to ARV which might be expected to change the material effect on price or valuation would have to be released also.

It is up to ARV to decide whether this corporate update would have the aforementioned effect....but could be a debatable point.
