Sure, some type of settlement with Luso would be great, but, if it was going to happen then it would have already happened IMO.

NLI have not been able to negotiate a deal and I’m not so sure waiting for the Portugal legal system to sort out this mess is acting in the best interest of SH’s. Meanwhile the BoD and management team are being paid handsomely to do what exactly?

The historical facts (long term SH’s know the story) define NLI’s future and it doesn’t look good from where I’m sitting.
