Novo seems pretty keen to get the ball rolling. Must be a monster lurking underneath! So they might speed things up a bit and cut the time frame down from 5 years down to 3.
Meanwhile they only need to spend half as much working with Artemis on the JV ground. Fully permitted. No need to rush the Native Title. There's more than enough work to be done for the next decade!
