You are not comparing like with like. ARV is very different in every way. It was a much better investment than the others two years ago. It is now, arguably, a worse investment for many reasons that I could list for you.
There is still a chance that with better management ARV can recover and even become everything we hoped it would be. But it will only happen if we recognise and fix the impediments.
It won’t happen if the Sheikh wants to flog it off!
