You gotta love the idea that NOVO needed to pay Battle mountain, a ARV top 20 holder, a "Finders Fee" of circa $200,000 in cash and shares to find ARV management to do the deal with. Maybe the ARV directors had all lost their phones???
And ARV receiving none of the "1% net smelter returns royalty over the 47K project" despite having a very substantial interest, pre this deal, in the project seems unreasonable.
