Hi eMark.
Mate the SP in my opinion is relevant only in relation to buying and selling at any point in a day. In some cases, it might be more than that but it falls short of being a reliable guide or pointer to a company's future prospects.
I take the current 22 cents for NRT with a grain of salt. I don't see it in terms of fair or not. Just like if I am able to sell and in time make a few million then it will have more to do with perseverence than fairness. Trust me, I've held for 11 years and at one stage lost 95%+ of my investment - I'm done with what's fair or not.
My mindset is is about the science and the management. Tick those boxes and hold - or hold and keep buying. There is nothing I can do about the last closing SP. Its over and out of my control.
As for your comment on a Director selling personal stock. Well the last time a breakthrough announcement in relation to our science and degenerative diseases came shortly thereafter from left field - or at least as far as I was concerned. Now that tells me something about the integrity of that Director.
In fact could be - and I am speculating - that the Director may be so confident of how things will turn out over time that shorting himself 100k here or there will be like comparing a drop to a bucket of water.
Mate read Apples' post from earlier today. It has it all. When I saw that I thought there is nothing to add.
My wife asks me the same kinds of questions that you raise.
I can't wait to shut her up. Come on Dr K!
