Novamatic  driving AGI to the ground is speculation... your reasoning is so they can acquire the balance at a lower price... lets role with this scenario with Len or beneficiaries of his estate deciding to sell balance...

• the paid $2.75 per share  for 53% stake  =  $473m
• they destroy business to buy the remaining  at a lower price lets say $2.00 =$300m
• so in order to save $173m they risk $773m by ruining the business and not being able to revive and gain benefits

Would you buy into a business to ruin it to  buy out the remaining share holders on the cheap and then try to turn it around?

It is not rational.


Comment on share price movement for the day.... how can this be of any significance?
"tanked" it dropped 2.5% ? after tracking up to $1.90 which all means nothing...
