Novonix "In the throes of major expansion in Chattanooga", page-23

An old report I saw (metalsnews.com) states they have a 5 year lease with a 2 x 5yr option & are holding a "right of first offer for additional space" . Old news again , but the warehouse was listed by Square one Realty (march 2019) & appears on crexi.com . Listing seems to be for 1 x 40,000 sq ft space out of a total of 120,000 sq ft , so ............ have they exercised their "right for additional space" ? & how much of it (extra 40k or are they taking the whole lot ? ) . Company announcing "we are in the throes of implementing our major expansion in Chattanooga" is (frustratingly) lacking detail but would suggest they are ramping due to a need , but can't say why (NDA) . Anyway , on the plus side , the building looks good with loading docks down one entire side adjoining an ample bitumen area and putting a "military man" in charge of "operations" can only be a good thing . Does anyone have friends or family in Chattanooga that can drive past & see whats actually going on ? .................... LOL
