Are you thick?? They (CATL) have an ongoing agreement with the best battery testing and development company out there.
I wasn't there during the finer details, but I am sure a deal was worked out in favor of all involved during the transition.
Where have I recently talked up the mine. In fact, the management you keep rubbish talking saved the company by acquiring Novonix and moving away from that. Market and demand change, management made the right call.
