    Quiet a pain in the A** that Novus always get first bite of the cherry. GGP should have put a clause in for trading restriction on an escrow clause.

    Also GGP should have done the SPP before the Novus placement. That way GGP would look after SHers first.

    Anyways thats my grumbling for today. lol
