who cares why its running. why do people always want an explanation?? silly if you ask me. Maybe nothing is happening and its merely a fundy realising just how undervalued it has been for some time, taking a decent stake. could just be a simple re-rating. who knows...who cares.
i do however think there is probably a deal in the wings with the chinese fwiw.
