the scoping study will report on how much it will cost to increase the railway capacity to 11Mt/y. that will probably involve significant outlay.
what interests me is they are aiming for 11Mt/y. you would think that the mine life would be at least 10 years (but probably more) so a resource estimate of +100Mt must be on the cards. if so this would put a rocket under the SP!
