This mob from Kazikstan?/Holland? or wherever after trades today have ~15% of Emperor.. its now obvious they want more than a blocking 10% stake and will soon be at the 20% mark where they will have to announce their intentions of a takeover if they want to go further......will start to warm up soon!!!
