    major shareholders with 25% of the shares support the proposed deal

    means a NO vote needs atleast 2/3rds of those left.

    obviously,the delay has given them time to rattle up some mates to buy a stake

    they must really need a yes

    THAT PUTS MORE VALUE TO A NO.
