    Voting related to the Scheme of Arrangement which was scrapped the other month when Pallinghurst put in the $3.30 bid. As Rim pointed out at the time, 99+% most likely had voted NO.
    I'll also mention the letter the Vote No consortium sent out to several hundered large shareholders-one of the reasons to vote no was:

    5) Vote NO, so the possibility of a bidding war for CSM between Territory Resources, Pallinghurst and any other interested parties is retained.
