technically FML had CRE valued around the 6.5 cent mark when the offer was made
so they can shake out the required number by employing the simple tactic of taking the bid to 6.6 (or 6.7) maybe lower if the "buyer" has dried up or feels he can't get what he wants and leave without major loss
