Actually NWE gave up its Tennessee project to work on the West Virginia and Kentucky projects as they were larger. IMP's project is in Pensylvania which has the states of Kentucky and West Virginia between it and Tennessee! Now for NWE to be concentrating on the two states closest to IMP's operations, this must be a good sign!
As for cash flow problem, could be but easily fixed! Sell a little of the $17M dollars worth of shares they have in BMX! So if there is a cash flow problem, it is self imposed!
