How much is ISD worth if sold today
Interesting article , majority of ISD revenue is SaaS so if sold today would be worth up to 4 times SDE or sometimes also called sell discretionary cash flow . ISD SDE is 41m a year and if sold could be worth up to 4 times that value so $164m which is much less than the current market cap.
