Stocks that fall like this are rarely if ever taken over...see if you can think of one that is at or near all time low that has been takenover...
Most stocks that are taken over are near all time highs and going up.
Nobody would buy this flea rideen dog....too hard to know how mnaqy more fleas are under its fur plus the leaches will want to suck the blood from it.
Bet you there will be no takeover...
