I have no confidence in UGL based solely on the decision to sell DTZ. Why on earth you'd sell your best performing asset is beyond me...
Take a look at relative valuations of JLL and CBRE and you get a feel for what it could be worth, if they weren't desparate to sell to pay off debt. Still wishing they planned to spin-off the property services division - I'd still own UGL if that were the case.
On another note - with $180m net cash, what are the chances MND might go down the acquisition path?
