Kooks MAE property is not rare
Lartest estimate of non conventional gas in US puts the total resource in the tens of trillions of cubic feet and much of it is in areas where the geography is not as tough and the majoirty of it is actually in the northe astern states right next to and underneath the biggest market in the US.
MAE's property is thousands of KM away from the end users and they receive $1 to $1.50 difference to the Henry hubb price right now.
In reality their property is not rare nor is it unique in fact its at a disadvantage of having lousy location, access and can not demand a good price because its customers are so far away.
Look it up shale gas is prolific in the Northeast and it doesn't snow nearly as much there and its not a mountainous region.
