now available

PNO have announced that Thermalife is available at nominated pharmacies and stocked with Sigma nationally and ranged in their pharmacy catalogues as of August 1st or they can order it through Symbion etc

I looked online at most pharmacies such as Chemmart Terry White etc
under search option and in their catalogues looking for Thermailfe and you guess it NOTHING

So am I to assume "Now Available" implies that Pharmacies may not carry the item but you can request it?

So is "Now Available" typical of most of PNO's announcements a PLAY OF WORDS
