You need to give this some time. People can't digest information all at once, especially when it comes out just prior to open.

Once everyone gets a chance to paw over the CER announcement, they will realise what a strong position this has put CER in. SuperLLC looks to be no longer impaired and CNP has agreed to terminate all interest rate and currency hedges for no cost to CER.

We'll need some time to run the numbers over the next few days, as will all of the instos, but I'd say CER have done well.
