Can I just compare the suggested Premier bid against the Hardman. Premier have 36,000 barrels per day, Hardman have around 7,200 barrels per day as I understand the situation. TLW are prepared to pay £850 million. The proposed Premier bid is being priced at £1,200 million minimum for five times as much oil currently per day. I will leave you to make your own conclusions

I know what my conclusions would be as to which is the better financial deal IF they both go through at these price levels for the shareholders
