No definately not, just another PI with a minority viewpoint but not necessarily an incorrect one. Unless somebody can prove otherwise.
I am prepared for my case to be ripped to shreds and would welcome admiting I have got it utterly wrong.
I will even do so if after the financial statement is released.
I cannot accept HDR would give up Uganda to anyone unless they had no other option. I believe given time Uganda will become son of Nigeria. Look at the figures posted by Sailorgirl the other day if only HDR could hang on for all that potential reward. I fear they cannot last that long otherwise they would.
Put yourself in their position would you knowingly sell yourself down the river. I would not if there was another way
