Price and value are two different things. Look at the underlying asset to determine whether something is a buy or sell. FAS are priced at 40 cents, would they be worth 40 cents?
I've said it time and time again, $1.85 cash for a minority interest to fend off a worthless scrip offer is definitely justified.
A VWAP is only one thing to look at in terms of value. Look at the trend in FAS' price. Not hard to see where that is going without GWR to stoke the interest.
The GWR sell down is on low volumes and hardly cause for concern.
