Im referring to build and construct timelines , not anything else. Mick Evans and his build team can only do their thing, once all the politics, approvals, red tape, etc have been sorted. They can’t do anything about those obstacles and yes we have had a multitude of them. 

But my point is, when it comes to actually getting the build done, effectively, within budget, and on time, once they get the green light, they are the best in the business. 

Having known own some of the personnel involved in previous projects, they are very very clever, and very very frugal. They treat your money and mine, like it is their own.
