Karma, seems to me like your adding a little mayo to the docs?

Seems to me that cnx have applied to ramp up to 5mw, and as a part of this they need to make sure they have enough capacity to deal with the increase in waste.

I can not see what you have stated, anywhere in the docs u supplied. if I have missed it can u tell me a page number?

The only thing they have applied for is to ramp up to 5mw.
