A bit late to do an investigation if you have already been claiming you have had proof for months.
I'm not sure discovery allows for a fishing expedition by Giuliani.
Giuliani doesn't get unrestricted access to Dominion.
Dominion only have to show Giuliani's claims are BS, and then show the damages caused.
Giuliani hasn't got a leg to stand on, his claims have already been debunked and he received notices to desist, but didn't.
I don't know if Giuliani is smart enough to settle out of court and issue an apology, as his mental stability has been very questionable over recent years.
It will be interesting to watch, and to see how many others get sued.
