This is a true story about spam mail and anti virus software.
For the past 15 years I have a bit to do with desk top computers,computer peripherals and running computer cables.
Prior to buying my first computer a few years ago I read up on the pros and cons of installing anti virus software along with firewall type software.
I also had access to some of the best brains at two universities and decided that I would not install any anti virus or firewall software.This to me was a cheap experiment.
Finally after 3 years I decided to install a very well known anti virus software.When I first installed the anti virus software it could not find one corrupt file.But since that day my spam mail has gone from maybe 2 or 3 per month to over 30 per month.So now that I am hooked on this anti virus software I can't help feeling that the company who sold me the anti virus sofware are sending me spam mail so I will purchase their "anti spam" sofware.LOL.
