Ah yes, the "why bother directors for information they are working so hard' post. Another one that you see all the time!!

No, we do not want a useless, "noncents' filled release like the lasst AZZ one with lots of 'we are gonna do this and that and we have lot's of cash, blah, blah, blah".

No, do you? Read the posts and try to figure out what people are actually saying. Sounds like you are a newbie and have never tried to get information from a company.

At least AZZ hasn't replied to me: " We rec'd you request for information and couldn't find you on the share register."

Mostly companies just said we can't release the information as it is sensition and non-public' Unfortunately, for them it is often out in Internet land waitng for someone to find it.

Or like others, they just don't respond at all to simple requests. Not even a reply saying we rec'd your email.

"There is no point us as shareholders slagging the directors and the company because the share price is dropping. The directors are not pushing the share price down, the shareholders are."

IMO the reason the shareholders in AZZ are selling is BECAUSE they are not happy with the directors' performance. You have your reasons backwards.
