    The company had accumulated losses of $66 million to 30 June 2010 so in the event that they had to pay tax, this would be an offset.

    I'll go with the 63 cent valuation for now and add on the great deal they are about to do when they announce it.

    This is a cashed up well run company and I'm happy to buy more shares when I have funds.
