I can't say i fully understood the last ann, but what sticks is what some have said and rumours about an offer for the whole thing and from the ann regarding loans, "Should these renegotiotions prove to be unsuccessful, it is possible that BBP's loans may be accelerated." I guess they mean pay out the loan quickly by sale of assets.
Surprised by the run back up from low 6, perhaps the Cougar is right.
