EDT (formerly MDT), which is similar to CER, property valuations up 0.6% compared to Dec 09.
I am guessing we should expect a similar result for CER. I hope so anyways.
Markets are a bit irrational especially when their is no solid backing for direction. Id wait for the results to see where we are headed.
