Problem is CER is hyper sensitive to the state of the US economy.
Until the risk of DD recession is clearly not the case CER will be under pressure.
I don't see any internal good news getting past that.
The price went to mid 20's on positive news from the US earlier in the year.
With the stimulus working it's way out who knows where the US will go.
I guess you all see the US getting over its hurdles.
